 We exclusively represent our Buyer Clients in their quest for Oklahoma City Homes.  We serve the entire Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area.  We are the largest Exclusive Buyer Brokerage firm in Oklahoma City.  In fact, we brought Exclusive Buyer Brokerage to Oklahoma City.  We have been a Buyers Only brokerage for twelve years in Oklahoma City, and never in that time ever representing a single Seller.

We are a Oklahoma State licensed Broker  and employ licensed real estate associates who only represent Buyers, NEVER Sellers. As an Exclusive Buyer Broker, we NEVER list homes for sale (but can show you ALL homes, whether listed or unlisted, such as those that are For Sale By Owner). We NEVER try to take commission from both sides of a real estate transaction, as do Traditional Brokers.  Therefore, we have no basis for conflict of interest or bias concerning which home you purchase.   All of our efforts are directed to helping YOU find the very best home, at the best price and on the best terms.
